The Portage College Library provides quality access to relevant information sources for all students whether they are registered in at the Corporate Centre in Lac La Biche, at one of our Community Campuses, or in Distance Delivery courses.
The student ID card serves as the ‘pass' to use the Library facilities and services. A full range of reference items such as books, e-books, magazines, newspapers, databases, videos, audio CDs, and DVDs are housed in the Library.
The adult learner is provided with life-long research skills when using the Library. Highly trained and helpful staff is available to assist students, staff, or members of the community locate information.
